Platform usage rules & guidelines
By accessing ClipBuddy, you agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:
- Using AI generation tools to create deepfakes or misinformation intended to deceive or harm others.
- Uploading content that contains malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt service performance.
- Engaging in automated scraping, data mining, or any extraction methods without prior written consent.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer the proprietary AI rendering engine or platform architecture.
2. Intellectual Property
Ownership rights & software licenses
User Content
You retain full ownership of the original media (video, audio, images) you upload to ClipBuddy. By using the platform, you grant ClipBuddy a limited license to process and render this content solely for the purpose of providing services to you.
“The final rendered video produced using ClipBuddy AI is owned entirely by the user, provided the user holds a valid active subscription at the time of rendering.”
ClipBuddy Assets
The ClipBuddy name, logo, AI models, rendering software, and UI design are the exclusive property of ClipBuddy Inc. Use of our platform does not grant you any ownership rights in our technology or branding.
3. Subscription & Billing
Payment terms, renewals, and refunds
Our services are provided on a subscription basis. By selecting a plan, you agree to the recurring billing cycle (monthly or annual) as specified during checkout.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new users who have rendered fewer than 5 minutes of total video.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice via email or platform notification.
All billing discrepancies must be reported within 60 days of the charge date to be eligible for review.

CLIPBUDDY IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ClipBuddy Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or content.
Maximum liability of ClipBuddy for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
